About This Lesson
Learning Objectives: To increase the range of ways you can start sentences; and use these to create example sentences about an image; To discuss the issue of school and further education and whether you think Chapel High should gain Junior and Senior year; To know how to structure a speech and plan to write your own about this issue.
This resource includes helpful charts about the elements of a speech that could be turned into a student response tool with the additional of a column for their ideas and another column for evidence (anecdote, current event, etc.). However, I'm not sure what writing about the beach has to do with the rest of the lesson.
