About This Lesson
Educators can be use this activity with the Dr. Seuss book One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish or during any sea animal curriculum activities. It is designed to help the students in counting, recognizing colors and understanding quantities.- Laminate the graph if needed- Each child gets their own set of gold fish to sort out and graph- You can use goldfish crackers or any other type of marker necessary for your students- Once all the fish have been sorted and graphed add up each color and discuss the concept of more or less with your students
