Grandmother's Tale (aka Little Red Riding Hood)

Storyteller Vicky Parsons re-tells the original French Peasant version of Grandmother's Tale (Little Red Riding Hood) This is certainly not for children and teachers are advised to watch this before showing it to a class. The story includes a werewolf, a striptease and wetting the bed. It was originally told as a warning to young girls of a certain age about the dangers of men and sex. The video would make a good discussion point for a mature class interested in discussing either the content or the development of the story through society.
