A game exploring the Latin roots of the magic spells in the Harry Potter books. students have to find the Latin words from which the spells were created; and use the meanings of these words to work out what each spell would do.

Fantastic resource! Used it to introduce Latin roots and derivations and it worked a treat - the whole class absolutely loved it and couldn't wait to show off their Latin knowledge to their parents. Thanks so much!
