About This Lesson

Human health and biodiversity; the two are fundamentally inseparable. The food we eat, the multitude of pills we swallow for anything from the common cold to cancer all stem from living matter, the sum of which makes up biodiversity. Even oil and gas are nothing more than ancient biodiversity.

I enjoyed that multiple cultures were included in this short video to demonstrate this is a worldwide topic.
This would work for a lesson on biodiversity as well as conservation efforts. Be aware that it is a short video that mostly addressed the issue of conservation and why we need to conserve resources.
