About This Lesson

Can be used as a simple starter where children must discuss why they think the skulls is a herbivore or carnivore animal (i.e. by looking at the teeth). Children may also investigate via class discussion what animal they think each skull is.

A well presented resource to support thinking and discussion, would be even more helpful if there was a separate key for teachers explaining which skull belongs to which animal.
