About This Lesson
This project asks students to step inside of the mind of a character. They will research a time period contained in their historical fiction novel (I chose to use WWII), and create 3 journal entries from the mind of a person living during this time. Students will also collect 3 nonfiction articles about a major historical event that takes place during their novel and write an analysis.
