Students will open a holiday marketplace where younger students are able to shop for family presents. Class will be divided into three teams. Each team will consist of the following jobs: marketing/advertising, clerks, personal shoppers, and accountant. The general manager of the store in which all teams report to will be the teacher. This project will be utilized as a PTA fundraiser. The PTA will provide the initial investment for merchandise. The teams will be responsible for the planning, opening, and daily operations of the holiday marketplace.
