About This Lesson
This worksheet offers students handy tips to ensure that when they are planning speaking and listening group debates; they do so in a way which will gain them high marks. I use this at the planning stage with students. This is a UK test practice document; but its material can be adapted for a debate activity in a U.S. teacher's classroom. Some emendation is required to remove the UK test material and change the list of suggested topics.
