About This Lesson

I Students studying how families change over time. Lesson prior to this  lesson is learning what past ,present , and future mean .ENGAGEMENT: Students sketch pictures across a sheet of paper showing past,present, and future with a partner. The lesson should include ENGAGEMENT, TEACHER MODEL OF WORK EXPECTED, TURN AND TALK , PARTNER WORK,  MEET AGAIN AT CARPET TO SHARE, AND EXIT CHECKLIST ????? WORK Must show differentiation so I was thinking at end a checklist with words and for ELL'S Pictures ...not sure. ALSO, SOME GREAT HIGH ORDER QUESTIONS TO FULFILL Questioning on DANIELSON FRAMEWORK. THANK YOU FOR ANY IDEAS YOU MAY HAVE. ALSO, I LOOKED AND K-2 IN NYC does not have standards fof SOCIAL STUDIES. Thank you.
