About This Lesson

I designed this lesson plan to meet NC's teaching Standard 2 for my PDP, "Teacher embraces diversity in school community and the world". It contains articles that incorporate genetics and cultural diversity for students to read in groups for a revised version of the "Gallery Walk" protocol. The second activity involves students researching environmental affects on genes and a "Chalk Talk" on their findings.
