About This Lesson
After reading the first 2 chapters in The Hunger Games, the students will be required to act as a journalist and present an eyewitness report of the Reaping. To build background information, students will have 2 days to give an eyewitness report of what goes on in the cafeteria during their lunchtime, following the directions provided. I will provide a sample of what I am looking for concerning the reaping, in a 2 column report format.
I read the Hunger Games with my classes and will add this activity to our work! Great idea!
