About This Lesson

This resource can serve as a great first-week-of-school activity, encouraging students to interact with and get to know their classmates.

This resource includes five different bingo cards. Additionally, a blank card is provided for creating your own version.

How to Play:

  1. Give each student a different bingo card.
  2. Students walk around the room and find classmates who match each square.
  3. When they find someone, that person signs or initials the square.
  4. A classmate may only sign one square per card (or allow two for a faster game).
  5. The first student to complete a row, column, or diagonal calls out "Bingo!

Note: For a longer game and increased student interaction, require students to get three initials in each box or play blackout.
