PowerPoint to aid the learning of initial sounds bl; br; cl; cr.At the beginning of the week we dicuss our 'blends of the week'. Each day a new blend is learned. We use the PowerPoint page specific to the blend. Sound out the words together and then think of our own. THe children love it and see it as a game rather than learning.
