This Science Video Worksheet is one page and has an answer key in a very simple format that is designed for quick correction.
This video is designed to help introduce 5-8th grade students to mass conservation during physical changes, state changes and chemical reactions. We give examples of what a chemical reaction is and how this relates so the Law of Conservation of Mass.
We made this video and it is free to access on our YouTube channel, which is designated for children's content.
