About This Lesson
This lesson provides students with a brief introduction to science, including community resources such as "Skype a Scientist". Students will begin the unit by exploring laboratory safety, types of scientists, and creating connections to align their learning from previous grade levels. This lesson provides students with multiple forms of assessments and approaches learning from a project-based lens.
