About This Lesson

Positive and negative ions (jigsaw pieces) are used to make up ionic compounds; possible tasks included. Preparation: Photocopy ions onto card; laminate and cutout; then package up into sets. Though this is time consuming preparation; I have found it more than pays back the effort with middle to high ability groups. They can be used many times if looked after.

Almost superb

A well differentiated task. I would accentuate the electron transfer a bit more
