About This Lesson
Students work in groups to produce paragraphs (Point; Evidence; Explain).They earn points for using connectives; quotations and providing detailed analysis. Aimed at a middle ability students so you may need to adapt to suit your class. Most of this is specific to UK and is aimed at writing Point; Evidence; Explain paragraphs for Jekyll and Hyde. However; I do like the connectives sheet and would use that; minus the point scoring. And the use of the term Doppleganger has some sophistication in terms of theme.
