Handout suitable for higher ability classes. Samples of 'blood'; 'filtrate' and 'urine' need to be set up by the technician which contain the right amount of each substance (and are the right color). Students then test each one by following the instructions on the sheet.
An original way of teaching what happens in the kidneys - makes it more interactive for the pupils and develops their practical skills as well as makes them think about the funvtion of the kidneys.
