This is a sample lesson guide for a 12:1:3:1 special eductaion class; the lessons focus on exploration, and on language. Students are encouraged to attend to instruction by looking , listening or touching. Students also learn to touch whe asked; These skills are pre-communication skills.
Since there are so many different needs of the students, and so many aides working in the class, the lesson plans are structured to explain the process to follow, what to expect from each student.
