This is usually given to students as a self-assessment tool. . You can then choose to focus on a particular area or ask children to do all the sections. There is a space for students to check and a space for the teacher's assessment.

Really useful, would have been great to have had the lower levels of 2b, 2c, etc for the lower ability sets. Very handy, thank you.
