About This Lesson

After listening to Chapter 1 to 3 of The owl who was afraid of the dark, I hand out this comprehension to assess listening skills. Marking is done strictly, for example in Q3 if they answer collecting wood, they only get a 1/2 mark as he was actually collecting sticks. Aligned with Common Core State Standards: SL.4.1 , RL.4.1

This is a good resource for teachers who use this book in their classroom.
