Meine Zeitreise 8th grade German Project

Project on time travel I did with my 8th grade class towards the end of the year. Students begin by designing and describing a time machine; then decide when and where they want to travel to; describe what they did during the journey; what they took with them; what they forgot to take and their opinion of the trip. At the end students bring it all together into a cartoon strip or chat show interview. Also used some German film trailers as starter actvities (all found on youtube). Students really enjoyed this project - made a change from doing the usual holidays topic.
