About This Lesson

Questions for the students to think about and research for the book from “Mr. Blair’s Labyrinth”
Two brothers spend time with Grampa at his historic lake home. When they arrive, Grampa is turning an old garden into a labyrinth. The boys help and learn the history of the house. That night they decide to walk the labyrinth, it is midnight on Midsummer s Eve, when one of the boys is granted a wish. The year is no longer 2012 its 1935, the Great Depression. From there they hop trains, join a circus, and work as migrant farmhands always searching for food, shelter and a way back home.
