About This Lesson
Traditional style story with repeating structure for use in literacy lessons. Originally created as part of my degree; taking a drama-based approach where children associate actions to key words to help them understand the story; its key events and key language features that they can then use in their own writing. Could be used as part of work on traditional tales; fables; stories from other cultures or topic work on Mexico.
