Amazing resources thank you! Will definately be using this to help me! What do you mean by 'Children listen to Ancient storyteller, complete with circlet of leaves'? If you can shed some light, that would be great!

'Children listen to Ancient storyteller, complete with circlet of leaves'? I played the part of an ancient storyteller, using a few bullet pts on a sheet of paper to remind me of the story. I wrapped a sheet around me and wore a crown of sugar-paper leaves. Of course the cnildren knew it was me but, after a minute of fun, they settled and joined in the pretence. It worked well. Especially in helping them understand that a story is never told twice in the same way in the oral tradition. It seems cheeky to give myself a rating of 5...!
