About This Lesson

This module is all about the Nervous System. You will perform a lab, learn about how your brain functions as the control center of your body, read about diseases that effect your nervous system, and create art depicting important concepts.

What happens when an amoeba (uh-mee'-buh) eats your brain? Are zombies possible? Stay tuned and you'll find out.

Unit Objective: Students will be able to apply knowledge about the Nervous System gained from lab and guided notes to assess real world situations.

*Teacher note: This module is designed for a blended learning self-paced classroom. There are not very many teacher actions included or a day to day lesson plan because on any given day students could be on as many as 3 different assignments.
