About This Lesson
Good Note-taking skills are one of those valuable life-long lessons that a teacher can provide to her students. I taught my fifth students a variety of ways to take notes so that by the end of the year they had a repertoire of ways that they could choose from. The idea of taking notes in class was rarely part of the standardized curriculum, yet it is a useful necessity throughout one’s school career and may be a needed job skill.
