About This Lesson

This is a differentiated lesson plan to teach personification. It is differentiated by learning style and was made by myself in my graduate level class. I tried this out in my 6th grade ELA class and had great success. The students loved the task cards and the Flocabulary introduction but Flocabulary is a paid resource. In order to access it, you must have a subscription.

If you do not have access to Flocabulary, an alternate YouTube video you could watch instead to teach personification through song is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VqBZMR83wCg&list=PLc3fZ32LTxbtSIwUAdn9SWwGyag21ewao&index=4

Happy teaching!
