About This Lesson

Game Rules: (You can also modify the rules to play with a regular deck of cards)

  1. You can play with 2-4 players.  If the number of players is even, you play against the person across from you.  If you play with three players, play against the person to your right.

  2. Each person starts with zero points.  The first one to reach 100 wins the game.

  3. Each player takes their own cards and forms two piles in front of them, leaving the cards face down. (It doesn’t matter how many cards each person has)

  4. Each player turns over the top card on each of their piles.

  5. If your two cards match, you subtract 10 points from your score.  Exception: If you flip two Peter Pan cards, you add 25 points to your score.  If your opponent also flips two Peter Pan cards, you then pick the next top card on the right hand pile and have a play-off.  Whoever has the higher card wins the 25 points.

  6. (Remember who you’re playing against)  You then compare your cards to your opponent’s cards.  If one card matches, add 5 points. If both match, add 10.

  7. If neither of the cards matches, add the designated pixie dust values to your score for each card you have that is higher than the pixie dust value of your opponent’s card.  (If any of these cards match in pixie dust value, both players add that number of points.

  8. After each of these steps are completed and points are tallied, move the two cards on top to a side pile and start again.

  9. If a player gets to the end of their cards and no one has reached 100 points, shuffle your cards and continue to play.
