About This Lesson

Scheme of work, lesson plans and resources. Final written assessed piece is an anthology of different poems. There is also an opportunity to do a speaking and listening assessment on performance poetry. Aligned with Common Core Standards: Literature: Integration of Knowledge and Ideas RL.6.7; Literature: Integration of Knowledge and Ideas RL.7.7; Speaking and Listening (SL.8, SL.8.6).
