About This Lesson

Analyze Current Economic Issues --Prior Knowledge: Basic Supply
& Demand --Each station has 1 full size cartoon printed taped to desk & 1 set of directions/example,--In small groups 2-3 students - Draw a graph to represent the cartoonist’s idea
--In small groups 2-3 students -Explain your graph in writing--When timer dings students rotate to a different station and repeat analysis.- reset timer--Teacher checks in on groups' progress, models Academic Dialogue--Wrap up - Students present their analysis (on at least 1 of the cartoons) to the class & turn in analysis for all cartoons
