About This Lesson
This activity is used to teach students about the power of persuasion.
This teaches the students that different media and politicians use various sources of propaganda to persuade people a certain way. It is always important to read both sides of a story to get the truth. If the students only read one of the stories, they will like/ feel sympathetic for Adi (Adolf) and if they read the other story, they see the more common side history portrays. This can be used in a civics course on media/ politics or in a history class about Adolf Hitler.
