About This Lesson

Guardian journo and interviewer extraordinaire Laura Barton takes a walk through the city of London and finds some thrown-away papers and magazines which she recycled into a poem. And even more impressively, it's great. Filmed by the talented, willing and helpful people at Firecracker Films and featuring music is by Graeme Miller - cleverly recycled from last October's Green Thing.

Interesting video but not sure how you would necessarily incorporate it into the classroom. Possibly as an introduction to recycling and the uses for things that others throw away?
