About This Lesson
We use this sheet in our school when observing children in science related activities - or if a child has demonstrated their knowledge at any other time. Whichever year we are in we highlight using that color (indicated at the top). For whole class observations / group observations we jot children;s names down in the appropriate box with the date on the sheet and upgrade the individual's child's sheet later - you know; when there is time!!!!
