About This Lesson

What is the scientific method? How does science work?

In this handout about science, we imagine that the greatest debater and the greatest scientist were trying to unravel the mystery of a scientific experiment and follow through on the though processes which underlie the scientific method and science.

The takeaway is that seemingly simple statements have a lot of assumptions buried within. Science requires objectivity as well as careful attention to detail.
