Self assessment tick list - recounts

A very simple self assessment sheet which can easily be edited to suit other genres of writing. Children stick sheet next to their work and tick off if they have used the described features. It can also be useful to ask children to color code their work so that the capital letters are shaded in lightly with a colored pencil and the time connectives with another color and so on.
