About This Lesson

Its meant to be related to Shakespeare's 'Much ado about nothing' looking at matchmaking using the "Blind Date" format. Set in the Elizabethan era; the groups would be best to already have an understanding of social status and the role of men and women in this period. It worked really well with my 8th Graders. Would need to work in mixed groups of 4 or 5. There are three different scenarios so might be worth making sure that different groups get different ones. Can also be used as a drama activity...
