About This Lesson
Using the classic movie, To Sir, with Love, students explore the ideas of cultural expectations and ethical obligations of teachers and students. Both teachers and students bring culture experience and expectations to the classroom. This short lesson unit offers the vehicle to explore how both teachers and students express their experiences and experiences. The unit also explores how teachers help students grow in non-academic ways and how students do the same for teachers.
