Reflection:
I think any teacher wants their students to succeed in school, my students when they need help with a question or problem, they come to me for clarification. When you are writing your lesson plans, make sure that your students will understand the information. Next, make sure to have collaborations with other teachers, at least once a week to see if they can help with any problems also. I enjoy being a substitute teacher for my school district, they are their whenever there is a problem, and the administration is always behind me.
