About This Lesson

The following unit plan is designed for a Spanish 1 class. Below you will find a summary of the two-week unit plan and the lessons broken down onto daily lessons. Lesson topics that are including are self-introductions and responses, greetings and goodbyes depending on the time of the day, asking and responding where you or someone you know are from, and asking and responding in informal and formal form how are you doing. Spanish Culture is also integrated in the unit plan. Students will choose one of the 21 Spanish speaking countries to create dialogue skit scenarios; they must write and draw eight dialogues. Dialogues must match the vocabulary used in the Spanish Speaking country they chose.
