About This Lesson
Last year our seventh graders completed the project Step into Art, where they made a time journey to 12 paintings they had selected from the collections of Nationalmuseum, Stockholm. This year the same students, now eight graders, continue their work with the same paintings. Now their task is to be More…comtemporary with the time of the paintings. They are photograped in period costumes and write internal dialogues about their experiences and adventures in the paintings. Their images and texts will be shown at the Royal Armoury, Stockholm, from Sept 5th to Nov 17th, 2013.
