About This Lesson
Students can draw and/or write about the sequence of a story using this graphic organizer. Reading comprehension can be enhanced through retelling a story in terms of what happens in the beginning; the middle and the end. This simple handout is ideal for picture book read-alouds and shared reading activities. An extra bonus is that this handout is not story specific; so can be adapted to students' needs over and over again.
