Target Cards

8 blank templates on one sheet allowing you to fill in child's name; room for their specific target and subject. Bottom of the card provides space to date the target 3 times before the child is 'signed off' and moved onto another target. Once complete children stick these to the inside of the front cover of their literacy or numeracy book. Whilst still in use; the cards are used as a bookmark on their current page of work so they are always visible and out on the desk during the lesson.
