About This Lesson
During this lesson, the students will explore the basic features of a two-way and connect the properties of a two-way table to conditional probability. The lesson will begin by reviewing basic principles of probability, the difference between rows and columns, and key vocabulary of two-way tables. The students will then use instructional videos provided by the instructor highlighting a two-way table and the results of conditional probability. They will analyze the results and construct how the conditional probability was produce using the data provided in the two-way table. Two sample videos will be provided with guided notes.
