About This Lesson
After learning about the opposition to the draft during the Vietnam War students were split into specific groups that went along with specific decisions made my drafted Americans and they are tasked with coming up with a skit that goes along with the situation they were given. A worksheet is also included which provides specifics the students need to include in their skits.
Engaging activity, I like the way that your PowerPoint set up a group template. I would caution, that some students might make religious based degrading or discriminating statements when dealing with the draft evaders.
