About This Lesson

This is a follow-up lesson. Please first see the Voting Rights Lesson and the Civil Rights Lesson.

This lesson follows two previous lessons on Voting and Civil Rights. It should only be given once students have been exposed to those two lessons. Students will deliberate and discuss several teacher provided questions. Responses will be solicited from the class with teacher feedback. The aim is to get students to come up with their own conclusions based on their knowledge of voting and democracy.
