About This Lesson
The PERMA+ Snapshot is a tool that can help us check in on and measure our own wellbeing by checking in on each element of PERMA+: Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Mattering, Accomplishment, and + Health and see what areas we are doing well in and which may need some improvement. This bulletin board helps you and your students visually track where you are in each aspect of wellbeing and point to areas where you might want to make changes. Don’t overthink your answers — simply select how you feel today on a scale of 0-10, with 10 being VERY WELL! Use this tool to monitor your wellbeing over time.
