We can always find connections between the past and the current time.

Try to relate the past to the present as people maintain basic habits over time. This is probably why history repeats itself.

In this tutorial students are taught the concepts and facts to look for when learning a lesson in classes such as social studies, ELA, psychology and more. We use the Boston Tea Party as an example of "Taxation without representation" and relate that to the hypothetical scenario that "They" would tax the cell phone and social media as well as relating other concepts such as civil rights.
As a teacher I like to relate the past with the present and future when possible. It helps maintain interest.'
