About This Lesson
Instructions on making a Winter Penguin that we used for children to collect points that would then be exchanged for sweets at the end of term to take home for Christmas. After discussing targets; the children received a fish to feed their penguin whenever they made progress towards that target - and throughout the term; we'd get some counting skills in; by emptying their penguins to see how many fish they'd collected so far :-)
